Who We Are at Skin Solutions

Skin Solutions was created by two passionate skin therapists — Naomi and Caroline — after spending more than 25 years each in the beauty and skin industry. After decades of treating skin in-clinic, educating clients, and seeing the confusion people face when it comes to skincare, we knew there had to be an easier way to access real professional advice from home.

We also own and operate our skin clinic, The Beauty Emporium, in Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula, where we work hands-on with clients every day. While we absolutely love the in-clinic experience, we wanted to create something that allowed us to reach and help more people beyond our local area — bringing professional skin guidance and clinic-quality skincare online in a way that feels approachable, personal, and easy to understand.

Skin Solutions was created to bring the knowledge, care, and personalised approach of a professional skin clinic straight to your home — without the overwhelm, pressure, or guesswork.

Over the years, we’ve seen every skin concern imaginable, but one thing has always stayed the same: our love of healthy skin and our strong hydration and barrier-first philosophy.
